Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments achieve their goals.
• Ensure food safety, manage inventory, conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness, and train crew.
• Communicate effectively with the team to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning, monitoring, and taking corrective actions.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Manage internal communication, inventory, and daily maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew quality, food production, and scheduling.
• Train new employees and assist in achieving departmental goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned restaurants.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting at $18.50 - $20.50 an hour
