Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks including planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and training staff.

- Leading shifts to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Making plans for each shift
- Monitoring performance during the shift
- Taking actions to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- Maintaining safety, security, and profitability
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant
