About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for various tasks including planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and training staff.

• Leading shifts to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Making plans for each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Taking actions to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards

• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant
