Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
- Perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions, ensuring safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and preparing for the next shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting departmental goals.
- May be responsible for Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, and Scheduling.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible schedule and a passion for working in the McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
