Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions, ensuring safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and preparing them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting Department goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Oversee food safety practices.
• Manage crew effectively.
• Ensure quality food production.
• Manage scheduling.
• Train new and existing staff.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule and the ability to adapt to the demands of the job.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
