Description
As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. You will provide leadership to the crew and other managers, ensuring McDonald's standards are met in quality, service, and cleanliness.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
