Shift Manager

About the role

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing safety and security protocols, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and managing inventory and crew.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Enforce safety and security protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager.
• Manage inventory and crew.
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards and targets.
• Support the assigned Departments in meeting their goals.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage a team.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.
