About the role
A Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They oversee the team and manage various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, enforcing standards, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure efficient service
- Maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance
- Communicate effectively with the next shift manager
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Support departmental goals and meet targets
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Train and mentor team members
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience preferred, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working in a dynamic, energetic, and diverse workplace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
