Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. As a Shift Manager, you will ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. You will also manage a team, monitor performance, and handle various tasks such as food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, and customer service.
