Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Take action to meet McDonald’s standards and maintain safety and security.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meet targets and assist in meeting department goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and manage crew.
• Perform food production and scheduling tasks.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply for management positions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous management experience is preferred.

Pay

$16.00 to $17.50 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are available based on the needs of the restaurant and the individual’s availability.
