About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards and policies.
- Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew activities.
- Ensure food safety and exceptional customer service.
- Handle scheduling and staff management.
- Train new employees and assist in their development.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with a willingness to adapt to the unique demands of the job.
- Must be 18 years or older.

Pay
- Starting at $16.50 per hour in Maryland, $16.65 in Montgomery County, and $19.00 in the District of Columbia.
