Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers oversee the team and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. They manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew schedules, and may be responsible for meeting departmental targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction

• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew schedules

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager
