- Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- Maintaining safety, security, and profitability
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift
- Making sure the team meets targets during their shifts
- Assisting assigned Departments in meeting their goals
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant
