Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, and safety and security.
• Manage crew and train new hires.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in this type of restaurant.
