A Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and training the team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Enforce McDonald’s standards and policies.
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance.
- Train and supervise the team.
- Ensure food safety and exceptional customer service.
- Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the following shift.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere.
- At least 18 years old to qualify as a manager in a corporate-owned restaurant.
