About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Maintain performance during the shift to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet targets during their shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and a passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
