Shift Manager
Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
- Maintain performance during the shift to ensure meeting McDonald’s standards.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for the shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting department goals.
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness.
- Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
- Manage crew and handle scheduling.
- Perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, and managing inventory.
- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
