Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Leadership of Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Supervision of food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Achievement of targets during shifts and support for departmental goals.
• Maintenance of safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Management of Crew schedules and encouragement of high performance.
• Exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training of new team members on critical job functions.

Qualifications

Experienced Shift Manager position available for an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Must have strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for serving others. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
