Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, and performing various tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, and managing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead important internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Effectively delegate tasks to team members and report back results
• Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant

Requirements

• Average of 1-2 years of previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
