Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Manage crew and other managers to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Ensure food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Oversee the production of quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
- Help departments meet their goals and manage staff schedules.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility with a schedule to accommodate the demands of the job.
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.
