Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• May be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping departments meet their goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Monitor quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure safety and security.
• Schedule staff.
• Train crew members.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in this type of restaurant.
