Shift Manager
Requirements
A Shift Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, addressing issues, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, overseeing production, and delegating tasks. Shift Managers may also set and meet targets, assist in departmental goals, and train new team members. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance
- Ensure food safety and quality
- Monitor and address safety and security concerns
- Train new employees and assist in departmental goals
- Collaborate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the following shift
Qualifications
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a passion for the McDonald’s brand
- At least 18 years old

Competitive pay is offered to Shift Managers at Schulz Organization McDonald’s restaurants.
Schedule
Shifts are typically 7-9 hours long and occur multiple times per week.
