Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take corrective actions to meet McDonald’s standards, and ensure safety and security.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet and help assigned Departments meet their targets and goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and food production quality.
• Handle food safety and internal communication.
• Manage crew and handle scheduling.
• Train new employees as needed.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule that allows for the demands of the job.
