Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Monitor performance during the shift, take action to ensure standards are met, and manage safety and security.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets during your shift and assist in meeting department goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew and handle food safety.
• Perform scheduling and training duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience as a leader, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
