Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments achieve their goals.
• Ensure food safety, manage inventory, conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness, and train crew.
• Provide exceptional customer service, manage quality food production, and handle internal communication.

Requirements

• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning, monitoring, and taking corrective actions.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Manage food safety, inventory, and daily maintenance.
• Train crew and help departments meet their goals.
• May be responsible for managing food production and customer service.
• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
