About the role
The ideal candidate will lead shifts, ensuring high-quality service and cleanliness, while managing a team and meeting departmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
- Take corrective actions to meet McDonald’s standards
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
- Meet and exceed shift targets
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew scheduling
- Ensure food safety and exceptional customer service
- Monitor safety and security
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic, energetic atmosphere
- Must be 18 years or older
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
