Responsibilities
- Oversight of shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Leadership of Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Supervision of food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
- Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
- Achievement of targets and support for departmental goals during shifts.
- Maintenance of safety, security, inventory, and profitability monitoring.
- Management of Crew schedules and encouragement of high performance.
- Exceptional customer service and quality food production training for new team members.
Qualifications
Experienced Shift Manager role requiring leadership and management skills, along with a strong understanding of McDonald's standards and procedures.
