Responsibilities
- Oversight of shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly experiences for customers.
- Leadership of Crew and other Managers during shifts to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
- Ensuring adherence to McDonald's food safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Effective communication with Crew and subsequent Shift Managers to prepare for successful shifts.
- Achievement of targets and support for departmental goals during shifts.
- Monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Managing Crew schedules and fostering high performance.
- Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Training new team members on critical job functions.
