About the role
The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Key responsibilities include planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
Responsibilities

- Making sure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager
- Ensuring the team is meeting targets and department goals
- Handling food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Managing the crew and overseeing quality food production
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Ensuring safety and security
- Scheduling staff
- Training new employees
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- Positive attitude and a flexible schedule
- Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role
Qualifications
