Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. They provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, managing safety and security, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and supporting Department goals. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting is preferred.

As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:

Qualifications

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are ideal candidates.
