Responsibilities
- Planning and monitoring shifts to ensure great customer experiences
- Maintaining standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
- Communicating with the next shift manager to prepare for their shift
- Meeting and exceeding targets set for the shift
- Helping departments meet their goals
- Managing inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Producing exceptional customer service
- Managing staff effectively
- Ensuring food safety
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
- A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with a schedule
- Age 18 or older
Qualifications
