  • Helping departments meet their goals
  • Ensuring food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • Managing the crew and handling exceptional customer service and safety/security issues
  • Scheduling staff and managing their availability
  • Providing training to new and existing staff

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Age 18 or older
