Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Perform various tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking corrective actions, ensuring safety and security, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and preparing them for their shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and assist in meeting Department goals.
• May be responsible for Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Crew Management, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, and Scheduling.
• Manage Crew and train them as needed.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
