About the Role
This position is for a Shift Manager at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule
- Possess the passion to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise-owned and operated restaurants
Qualifications
- Competitive pay starting at $17/hr up to $19/hr, depending upon experience and professionalism
