Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts in a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. As a Shift Manager, you will ensure that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every time they visit.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
• Meet and exceed targets set for the shift.
• Help departments meet their goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure food safety and exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and maintain safety and security protocols.
• Train and supervise the crew.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and a passion for the McDonald’s brand.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Qualifications
