Shift Manager

Requirements

• Leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, and crew training
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the following shift
• Meet and help meet departmental targets
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
• Flexible availability
• Age 18 or older
