Shift Manager

About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers are responsible for planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and managing inventory, daily maintenance, and crew.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor each shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Train new employees and assist in their development

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 17 years or older

Pay

• $16.00 per hour shift leaders with limited availability
• $17.00 per hour shift leaders with 2 shift/open availability
• Ability to quickly earn more dependent on completion of training and job performance

Shift leaders may have varying schedules depending on availability and performance.
