About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor shifts to ensure high-quality service and cleanliness.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift.
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards in areas such as food safety, inventory management, and daily maintenance.
- Manage crew and handle various tasks including food production, customer service, and safety.
- Meet and exceed performance targets and department goals.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to adapt to the demands of the job.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Pay
Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.99 per hour.
Schedule
Shifts are typically 8 hours long and occur on a rotating schedule.
