Responsibilities
- Oversight of shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly experiences for customers.
- Leadership of Crew and other Managers during shifts to maintain outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Ensuring adherence to McDonald's food safety and cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for great shifts.
- Achieving and supporting departmental goals during shifts.
- Maintaining restaurant operations by monitoring safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Scheduling Crew members and promoting high performance.
- Providing exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Training new team members on critical job functions.
