Shift Manager

What You’ll Do

• Support Your Team: Act as a mentor and coach for a crew of 10–15 people, ensuring everyone has the tools they need to succeed.
• Maintain the Standard: Monitor food safety, restaurant cleanliness, and service speed to ensure every guest has a great experience.
• Business Ownership: Manage inventory, safety, and shift transitions with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Communication: Work closely with other managers to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly from morning to night.

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership Foundation: Previous experience in a leadership role (Retail, Hospitality, or Restaurants preferred).
