Shift Manager
About the role
We are seeking Shift Managers (ages 18 and older) to join our team. Our organization has over 50 procedures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of our crew members, customers, and the community.
Responsibilities
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
- Monitor performance during the shift and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Maintain safety, security, and profitability during the shift.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift.
- Meet targets during your shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage crew and handle food safety.
- Perform various tasks including scheduling, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Starting pay has been raised to competitive wages. Possible additional pay based on experience upon evaluation.
