Shift Manager

This position is with an independent franchisee of McDonald’s. The franchisee is a separate employer from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments meet their goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience required.
