Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversight of shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Leadership of Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Supervision of food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
• Achievement of targets and support for departmental goals during shifts.
• Maintenance of safety, security, inventory, and profitability monitoring.
• Management of Crew schedules to encourage high performance.
• Delivery of exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Training of new team members on critical job functions.

Qualifications

Experienced Shift Manager position available at an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Must have a strong background in managing teams and ensuring high-quality service and cleanliness.
