SHIFT MANAGER

About the role

The Shift/Swing Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Plan for each shift
• Maintain performance during the shift
• Take actions to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift/Swing Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during their shift
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers
• Ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Perform a variety of tasks including planning, monitoring, and communication
• May be responsible for food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, cleanliness, managing crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, and security
• Manage scheduling
• Train the team

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Shift/Swing Managers work various schedules to cover all shifts throughout the day and night.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
