Shift Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Run great restaurants by supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew and managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
- Achieve targets during shifts and assist departments in meeting their goals.
- Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
- Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
- Train new team members on critical job functions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Fast food/restaurant experience a plus but not required.
