Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts every week and ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Run great restaurants by supervising food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and assist departments in meeting their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during shifts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Fast food/restaurant experience a plus but not required.
