Shift Manager
About the role
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience on every visit. They provide leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers handle various tasks such as shift planning, performance monitoring, safety and security oversight, and communication with the next Shift Manager.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor each shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Take action to address any issues and ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
- Meet and help meet departmental targets during their shifts.
- Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.

- Oversee safety and security measures.
