Shift Manager

Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience each time they visit. Key responsibilities include:

• Planning for each shift
• Monitoring performance during the shift
• Taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
• Communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Maintaining targets during their shift
• Helping assigned Departments meet their goals

Qualifications

A Shift Manager must have previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy working in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment are encouraged to apply. Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this role.
