Shift Manager

Requirements

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards for customers.
• Monitor performance during the shift and take necessary actions to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability of the shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Meet targets set during the shift and assist in meeting departmental goals.
• Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Manage crew effectively.
• Manage food safety internally.
• Manage food production quality.
• Manage scheduling.
• Train new employees.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
