About the role

The role involves leading shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Shift Managers oversee the team and other managers during a shift to maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. They manage inventory, daily maintenance, and crew, and are responsible for meeting targets and department goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift.
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, and daily maintenance.
• Supervise crew members and ensure they meet McDonald’s expectations.
• Help departments achieve their goals and meet targets during shifts.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be available for training and development.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for management positions.
