• Ensuring food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, and security.
• Managing the crew and handling scheduling.
• Providing training to the team.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Must be 18 years or older to be considered for the role.
