As a Shift Manager, responsibilities include ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, overseeing crew performance, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor shifts to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals
• Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
• Ensure exceptional customer service
• Manage crew and handle scheduling
• Train new employees

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to have fun
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
